Frequently asked questions.

  • A wedding day can be a beautiful blur that varies massively to your personal values. Firstly, don’t let me or others (Family included) tell you how your day should be structured, it’s an entirely personal choice, the following is a guide.
    1. If bride & groom prep photos are important to you then I would allow roughly one hour.
    2. Then one hour at the ceremony (This allows surplus to capture pre-ceremony details).
    3. Post-ceremony - high fives/ hugs and kisses …… captured by me, then, either bridal party and group shots now ….. or …… during reception, based on location, how everyones feeling etc… 1 hour.
    4. Sneak away for some couple shots 1 hour.

This is all your personal choice but if I was to be selfish, I’d strongly encourage sneaking away around sunset for some Golden + Blue hour magic.

  • Yes, absolutely!
There’s a range of factors that could decide whether you’ll want to keep me around or not.

Cloudy skies setting up for an anti-climatic sunset. Or visa versa, I’m finishing up but the sky is on fire with spectacular colours cascading elegantly across you, your lover and the landscape.

Maybe uncle Jeff is about to start cutting sic* on the d-floor and piccys are a MUST. Either way, you’ve got options.

  • I don’t shoot video.
I focus solely on photography, locally the absolute killaz’ over at Big Shed studios can and are highly skilled at what they do. Additionally you’ve got the absolute classics in Kev & Cait @ Love Featured Films and all round top fella Rory @ RJVisuals.
